We charge a fixed price, we don’t charge by the hour (so we aren’t rewarded for being inefficient).
We do this by taking the time to understand your business needs from the start. This allows us to throw away the archaic traditional time-based billing model.
A personalised package built for you
Every business is different. That’s why we don’t pigeon hole you and your business or force you to accept a predefined package which doesn’t fit your needs. We look at your specific circumstances, for example: your needs; business structure; complexity of transactions; industry; etc. Then, we create a bespoke proposal that is packed full of value.
Spread your investment over the year
We break the annual fee down into simple monthly direct debit payments (in advance). This allows you to spread your investment in us over the year, rather than in one large payment; we do not charge for every little phone call and email – we appreciate that’s just part of a successful working relationship.
We know your business needs are continuously evolving so if you need something that is outside the scope of our agreed package, we’ll agree an appropriate fee with you before starting the work.
